Domestic orders over $50 include free shipping. All other countries shipping prices will be automatically calculated at checkout. All duties and tariffs for individual countries will be the buyer’s responsibility. If for any reason, the package is refused, the amount of return shipment will be deducted from the buyer’s refund. All shipments will be sent with tracking numbers via UPS or USPS. Once tracking has started and a package has been confirmed its in transit, it is not the responsibility of Sandstone Gardens. All products will be shipped within 3-5 business days (unless otherwise stated in product description).
Incorrect Shipping Address: In the event the package is sent back because of an error in address submitted to Sandstone Gardens, the payment for the
re-shipment of the package will be the customer's responsibility.
In the event you have received an incorrect order, Sandstone Gardens will pay for the shipping back to us for an exchange.
If you have received the correct order and for any reason it isn't perfect for you, just reach out and let us know within 14 calendar days of receiving!
The following products are exempt from returns: Sale items, Gift Cards, Lighting, Floral related, and Seasonal Décor.
We will happily email you a shipping label and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. If you’d like an exchange, an invoice with the cost of the label will be emailed. In the event you need a return label mailed to you in the mail, there will be a $5 charge added.
When returning footwear, if the shoe box is used as the outer box or is damaged in shipment or packing, a $5 fee will be assessed. When returning shoes, all boxes received must be sent back.
If you ordered internationally you are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the order back to us.
In the event you have sent the package back yourself, always keep a record of the tracking number until we have confirmed it has received.
The same shipping rates apply to any exchanged items (free for domestic, a charge for international).
Only items that are received in new, unused condition with tags attached are eligible for a refund or exchange. Any items sent back with damage (i.e. items with damage, items have been worn, contain cigarette smoke, pet hair) will be returned to the customer, at their cost. Returns/exchanges must be sent back to Sandstone Gardens within 7 calendar days of receiving the label. Please allow 3 business days for returns/exchanges to be processed.
